Directions on how to sign up for Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences
~THIS IS A TWO STEP PROCESS: SIGNING UP AND MEETING~
STEP ONE: SIGNING UP
Go to this link https://signup.com/go/vhMWKuP
Choose your child’s teacher by clicking the view box.
Select a day (either the 8th or the 15th). Click the time slot you want the conference for with that individual teacher.
Click the green tab “sign up”. Enter in the fields required: your name, your phone number, your email, your student’s name, and confirm you are the guardian.
Now click “save”.
To sign up for additional teachers click “go back to all sign ups” and repeat the same process for the next teacher.
You will receive a confirmation in your email to remind you of your scheduled times! You can also opt in for a text reminder.
STEP TWO: HOW TO MEET WITH YOUR TEACHER ON CONFERENCE DAYS
Each teacher you have signed up with will send you a Google Meet link through the email you provided.
If you are using a smartphone or tablet you can download the free Google Meet app on your device. If you do not have access to a device with a camera you may dial in to meet with a teacher using your phone.
Click on the link sent to you corresponding with the time you signed up for. You may have up to 4 Google Meet invites if you signed up with multiple teachers.
